  • Hey, if you want to change the email address which was used to setup your account you can’t do it by yourself, but you can contact our support team at support@instream.io and they will see what can be done.

    Please notice that the new email has to be unique. No other user can have it as your email is also your user ID.

    our system requires email address of each contact added to our system as it is their ID. In case you don’t have all the email addresses you can add fake ones. Our system doesn’t verify if the given address is correct or not. It just has to be unique. Remember that once you get the valid email address of your customer you can always change it.

    it depends on what we are talking about. Our sales team has a different approach to opportunities than to the leads from cold mailing (we don’t use cold calling in our strategy.

    What I can say that we usually followup in 3 days.

    you can divide your clients based on criteria like e.g.
    -from where they came? In our department team we have created lists of people who had attended our webinars, download ebooks or signed up for newsletter,
    -how far in the pipeline they are? you can use our lead and opportunity ready-to-use lists,

    What I can suggest is to add person to InStream ones he or she will reply to your email or answer your call to do not keep in our system people who has nothing to do with your business 😉

    In InStream, you can only see the public posts of your contacts. It means that if your business contact has posted something visible for his friends you will not see it in your stream view. However, you should always see all companies posts. This situation is the result of the Facebook policy.

    Basically, you need to open people or company tab and click on the “add new contact” button. Then everything should go easy.
