Introduction to reports

Raise your team’s effectiveness. Analyze automatically generated reports and get you conclusions about your team’s performance. Motivate your sales team by implementing activity scoring. Our reports will show you:

  • how active your team was (emails, phone calls, meetings etc.),
  • number of customers with a particular status (eg. leads) in a particular list,
  • number of added and archived relations,
  • number of archived relations closed with positive and negative status,
  • how your pipeline looks.

A user can see all information about his/her performance. Additionally, admin can see all information about each member of his/her team.
