I have connected my Gmail mailbox with Instream, but emails haven’t uploaded yet. Can you tell me how long should I wait before contacting the support team?

it depends on hosting you have. In some cases, you need to wait up to 10 minutes. In case it will take longer please contact us on support@instream.io

Hi there….i’m in Stream and have requested an „import old email” to one or two [test] contacts…did it hours ago…still no action. I can email out from instream successfully, but my inbound emails do not display…imap email is hosted by godaddy
any ideas?
