On the InStream timeline, you can see all communication with your contact. You can also see if anyone from your team had any interaction with this person/ company. It helps you stay on the top of the communication with your customers/ business partners and co-workers.




On the timeline, you can see, in the chronologic order:

-sent emails,

-received emails,

-events (meetings, phone calls),



-status changes,

-other users activities.
