An average CRM gives you the ability to gather only basic data about your customers such as email address, phone number, and job position. In InStream you can collect any information you want.

The Custom Fields
You can choose from 8 different types of custom fields. See our list of the available fields with examples of a use.
Text – www, home address
Picklist – products in which your client is interested, distributor
Number – number of products
List – define priority
File – documents, CV
Data – the date on which a task ends.
People contact – point of contact
Collaborator – person from your company who is responsible for that contact
Step 1: Add new field
Open the people or company detailed view. Next, click on the “manage” button.

To add new field click on the “Manage” button.
The editing window will appear on your screen.
Step 2: Choose the type of the field

Types of fields
Choose the type of the field according to your needs. Options of filtering and sorting data depend on the field’s type you have chosen.
Step 3: Type in the name of the field and data
Enter field’s name and set up available options.
