The Basic Plan is dedicated to small teams and companies. Due to the access to basic reports, and lists of “Opportunities”, “Leads” and “Customers” it is also a good solution for a small sales team.
What the Basic Plan contains?
- Unlimited number of users – you can add as many co-workers as you wish. Cost of each user is $10.
- 2 email accounts – you can receive and send emails directly from InStream. In the Basic Plan, each user can integrate 2 mailboxes with our platform.
- 4 personal relation lists – personal relation lists enable you to monitor communication with your customers. You can create 4 personal relation lists.
- 4 business relation lists – business relation lists enable you to monitor communication with companies and groups of people. You can create 4 business relation lists.
- 5 Custom fields – you can benefit from use of custom fields in which you can gather all information about your contacts.
- 5 000 contacts – you can have an unlimited number of contacts (people and companies).
- Calendar – you can integrate your account with Google Calendar.
- Reports – are available in the Basic Plan. Additionally, extended version of reports is available in the Business Plan.
- Facebook Integration – this feature enables you to download all public posts of particular contact from Facebook. Learn more about Facebook Integration.
- Twitter Integration – this feature enables you to download all tweets of particular contact from Twitter. Learn more about Twitter Integration.
- LinkedIn Integration – this feature enables you to download all information about companies. Learn more about LinkedIn Integration.
- Basic Support – we will help you to implement CRM in your company. You can get our support via email, phone call, and skype.
- 5GB Data Storage – you can upload your files on InStream to easily share them with your coworkers.
- Importing old emails – in this plan, you can import 500 old emails.
What the Basic Plan doesn’t contain?
- An extended version of reports – raise your team effectiveness by using our extended reporting. Monitor your sales team’s activities and create an efficient sales funnel.
- Full Support – within our full support you have access to the online courses for InStream beginners and advanced users. We also offer courses in which we analyze the best practices.
